How long does shipping take?
- For all orders we use Australia Post.

For orders with multiple items we endeavor to package them together when possible to save on postage.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number and link. Enter your number to the service provider:
My order is damaged or wrong, can I get a refund?
- We use tight secure packaging for the product with fragile labels and thus have not yet had any issues with postage so far.
- If your frame or cards are damaged during delivery, we will start a claims process with our delivery provider, and once settled we will get you a new frame delivered to you at no additional cost. Please email us photos as proof of damage.
Do I need to pay import tax for my country when I buy overseas products online?
Some countries charge you Import Tax when you buy products online from overseas. You can use https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/ to calculate the tax payable. These charges are not included in the shipping price, they will need to be paid by you upon arrival into your country. Below are some rough estimates on the tax payable:

NFT DISPLAY FRAMING PRODUCT FAQ
How do I assemble my frame when it arrives?
We include everything you need to secure the frame.
Assembly time: 5-10 minutes
Instructions:
- Unpack everything
- Open frame with key, remove card slots acrylic insert
- Place white foam board into your shirt and use the pins provided to secure
- Put the hanger in the shirt and place into the frame'
- Place the card slots acrylic insert above the shirt
- Place the player cards into the slots
- Place the gold badge into the slot
- Secure the 4 wall inserts (if your wall is wood you can simply hammer the rivets into the wall, if it's concrete or brick drill a hole and use the wall plugs)
- Place the frame onto the wall rivets.
- Sit back and admire your collection.
Can I display my Basketball or Baseball collection?
Yes the frame is sport agnostic so you can display Football, NBA or MLB cards around the shirt. Or something else, it's your frame, display whatever you want there.
I ordered a frame but my collection has less than 24 cards?
Our custom frames support 24 cards. If your collection has less than 24, we will include a couple of extra holo editions of the best players, and the team logo card to fill in the remaining slots.
Can I print cards I don't own?
No, you must own your NFT to print it. We confirm you own the card before printing and if we can't verify ownership we may refund your order.
Are there any copyright issues with printing the NFTs I own to display on the wall?
Owning NFTs have Limited Usage Rights: You can print your NFTs to display the artwork for personal use only. This does not include any commercial use. We provide a display printing service only, we do not sell NFTs. At the time of placing your order you agree that you own the NFTs and intend to use the artwork for for personal and non-commercial purposes only. If you have an concerns please contact your NFT provider.
What if my cards are not revealed yet?
If your new season cards in your collection unopened, we do not print them. You will need to reveal them before placing your order for us to include them in your collection display. If they change teams when revealed we can still print them just include in the order instructions on the checkout page or email us the card links.
I purchased a card after placing my order, can you include it?
We only print collection cards you own at the time of placing your order. However, if you buy a card after and we haven't completed your order for shipping, email us and we will try to include it, be quick!
